How do I set up my profile?

On first launch, Zeyti walks you through choosing your allergies, diet, and beliefs. You can change any of it later from the profile tab.

How do I scan a product?

Open Zeyti and point your camera at a barcode, or switch to label mode and point it at the ingredient list. The result shows which ingredient matched your profile, if any.

A scan came back with no product data

Barcode lookups use Open Food Facts, an open, community-maintained database. Some products, especially outside Europe and North America, aren't listed yet. Try scanning the ingredient label instead.

What is Pro?

Barcode scanning is free and unlimited. Pro adds ingredient-label scanning, diet and lifestyle restrictions, and your own custom keywords. Pro is a yearly subscription and starts with a 7-day free trial.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your device, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, and select Zeyti to manage or cancel. Apple manages all billing.

A result looks wrong

Zeyti reads whatever the label or the linked database provides. If a label is misprinted, missing, or the OCR misread it, email us the product name and barcode and we'll take a look.
